At ETFLIN, we are dedicated to transparent publishing, embracing an Open Access model. This policy includes waived APC fees, discounts for specific authors, and a no-refund policy under certain conditions.

We publish using an Open Access model. We are committed to absolute transparency regarding our processing fees and operational costs.
Nurturing Stage: Currently, APC fees for non-indexed journals are waived until further notice.
Waiver Policy Up to 100% Discount
Authors from countries where indexation does not provide significant benefits (e.g., non-Indonesian authors in journals only indexed in national systems).
Independent researchers or students who use personal funds and receive no external funding or institutional support.
Researchers from low-income countries as defined by the World Bank.
Research with significant impact on SDGs or involving authors from more than 3 different countries.
Refund Policy
No refunds or credits will be issued under the following conditions:
- Articles retracted due to policy violations.
- Changes in licensing post-publication.
- Delays in the normal publication process.
- Events beyond control (natural disasters, etc).
